Abstract

Cumulative trauma disorders merupakan sekumpulan gangguan pada sistem musculoskeletal yang meliputi cedera pada syaraf, otot, tendon dan persendian pada titik-titik ekstrim tubuh. Hasil dari studi pendahuluan bahwa keluhan nyeri otot dan rangka di konveksi Aneka sebanyak 92,8%. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala Cumulative Trauma Disorders pada tenaga kerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka Gunungpati Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala Cumulative Trauma Disorders di bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka Gunungpati Semarang. Jenis penelitian adalah survey analitik atau explanatory research dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah pekerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka sebanyak 57 orang. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner Nordic Body Map serta pengukuran antropometri dan dataran kerja. Berdasarkan uji chi square diketahui nilai p value adalah 0,021 pada bahu kanan, 0,011 pada bahu kiri, 0,042 pada punggung, 0,021 pada pinggang dan 0,042 pada leher bagian bawah (p<0,05), sehingga dapat diartikan ada hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala Cumulative Trauma Disorders pada tenaga kerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka Gunungpati Semarang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala Cumulative Trauma Disorders pada tenaga kerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka Gunungpati Semarang dengan menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p value <0,05. Saran yang dianjurkan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagi Disperindag Semarang, diharapkan dapat mengadakan pelatihan K3 bagi industri yang belum menerapakan sistem K3; (2) bagi konveksi, hendaknya digunakan kursi kerja sesuai norma ergonomi; (3) bagi pekerja, semua pekerjaan hendaknya dilakukan dalam sikap duduk atau sikap berdiri secara bergantian; (4) bagi peneliti lain, dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan melaksanakan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang lebih mendalam berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Cumulative Trauma Disorders. ------------------------------------------------------- Cumulative trauma disorders is a group of musculoskeletal disorders which involves injuries to the nerves, muscles, tendons, bones and joints in the extremities of human body. Outcome of introduction research that the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders symptoms among the workers of Aneka convection as many 92,8%. The Problems in this research were whether any correlation between sit work posture with the symptoms of Cumulative Trauma Disorders among workers at sewing devision of Aneka convection Gunungpati Semarang. The purposes of the research were to identify and analyze the relationship between sit work posture with the symptoms of Cumulative Trauma Disorders among workers at sewing devision of Aneka convection Gunungpati Semarang. This research was a kind of analytical survey or explanatory research using cross sectional research design. The population of this research were 57 workers at sewing devision of Aneka convection. Whereas the sample are selected purposively sampling, they were 36 workers. Data were analyzed by using chi square test. The research instruments were questionnaires Nordic Body Map with measuring anthropometry and work area. Based on statistic test, it found that p value obtained was 0,021 at right shoulder, 0,011 at left shoulder, 0,042 at back, 0,021 at waist and 0,042 at neck down section (p<0.05), it can be concluded that there was correlation between sit work posture with the symptoms of Cumulative Trauma Disorders among workers at sewing devision of Aneka convection Gunungpati Semarang. The conclusion of the research there was correlation between sit work posture with the symptoms of Cumulative Trauma Disorders among workers at sewing devision of Aneka convection. Chi square test resulted p value<0.05. Based on the research, the suggestions given are (1) for Department of industrial and commerce Semarang, be provided to held the training work health and safety for industry which haven’t apply the work health and safety system; (2) for convection, should be used work chair wich appropriate with norm ergonomic; (3) for the workers, all of the works should be done with sit posture or stand posture in turn; (4) for the other researchers, this research can be developed into further research relate to the factors which correlate with Cumulative Trauma Disorders.
