Abstract

Universitas Negeri Semarang is one of the universities that has subscribed to the Turnitin application to test the level of similarity of scientific papers of its academic community. Scientific writing Similarity Checking services can be utilized in various forms ranging from articles, final assignments, theses, theses, dissertations, books and monographs. In the implementation system there are several problems, namely regarding the speed, effectiveness and efficiency of the service process, so the author feels it is necessary to innovate the service Similarity Checking system to create service products that can be utilized more quickly, effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to develop an integrated system which is expected to be able to overcome the problems of stakeholders, namely lecturers, staff, librarians and students who will complete their studies as an effort to improve the quality of library services by converting from conventional platforms to digital platforms which are expected to become digital one -stops integrated services. The research method used is a development research method using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach. Data was taken from a questionnaire with object analysis of lecturers, students, librarians, or educational staff within Universitas Negeri Semarang. The results of the research show that the integration of equality checking with the library membership service program, especially when student scholarships, provides convenience for the academic community and stakeholders.
