Abstract
The results of the PISA survey from 2000 to 2022, it is still at a low level in science literacy, which is a determining factor in the quality of a nation's education. Science literacy is a determining factor in the quality of a nation's education, because science is a branch of science that can develop students' skills in facing the 21st century. The lack of interactive science learning resources that haven’t been utilized properly by teachers has resulted in the teaching resources used being less diverse, because they are only guided by teacher books and student books available at school, so teachers use conventional learning methods. Specifically, this study aims to develop TGT-based SOGADI media; determine the feasibility of TGT-based SOGADI media; and also determine the effectiveness of TGT-based SOGADI media in science learning in grade V of elementary school. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. Data analysis used includes media feasibility and media effectiveness. TGT-based SOGADI media developed after data analysis obtained an N-Gain score of 82.00% with an effective category and very feasible to improve students' science literacy skills, especially in science subjects in grade V.
