Abstract

IPAS learning expects students to learn about their natural and social environment and be able to develop it in everyday life, this is very important in finding alternative problem solving. Based on the results of observations that have been made in phase B of IPAS learning in class IV SD Negeri Manggong Ngadirejo Temanggung in the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 32 students, in chapter 1 'Plants as a Source of Life on Earth', topic A 'Parts of the Plant Body' learning objectives 'through the teacher's explanation students are able to understand the parts of flowers and their functions properly' have not been in accordance with ideal IPAS learning. This is evidenced by the daily test results which show 22 students or 69% of students have not achieved the learning objectives. The low student learning outcomes are due to the lack of variety of learning media used by teachers and the learning process that has not involved student participation. Specifically, this study aims to develop a Teams Games Tournament-based Magnet Board media; determine the feasibility of Teams Games Tournament-based Magnet Board; and determine the effectiveness of Teams Games Tournament-based Magnet Board in learning IPAS grade IV elementary school. This research uses the ADDIE model R&D method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data analysis used is media feasibility and media effectiveness. The Teams Games Tournament-Based Magnet Board Media developed after data analysis obtained an n-Gain score of 76.07% in the effective category and is very feasible to improve student cognitive learning outcomes, especially in IPAS class IV flower parts material.
