Abstract
The phenomenon that is becoming a global threat to human life today is climate change which can cause increased flood disasters. The strategy to minimize and prevent the impacts that occur is by implementing the Climate Village Program (ProKlim), one of which is in Gondangmanis Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency. The benefit of research is to see how the activities in a ProKlim policy are assessed by the Government with the actual conditions on the ground, even though they are included at the main level. This study aims to (1) analyze the implementation of community education, (2) measure the learning process of the community through ProKlim, and (3) analyze the implementation of ProKlim. The research was conducted in Gondangmanis Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency. This type of research is quantitative with the research population of the Gondangmanis Village community participating in community learning through ProKlim in the form of outreach, training, seminars/workshops totaling 890 people. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling with 10% of the research sample taken so that the calculation results obtained were 89 respondents. Methods of data collection in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage. The variables studied were (1) community education, (2) community learning which includes outreach, training, and seminars/workshops, and (3) the implementation of ProKlim which includes adaptation and mitigation activities to climate change. The results of this study were (1) Community education through ProKlim in Gondangmanis Village was carried out with outreach, training and seminars with the largest number of participants in Gondangmanis Kulon Hamlet, namely 212 participants. (2) Community learning through ProKlim in Gondangmanis Village is included in the good category with a percentage of 72.9%, where Kayuapu Kulon Hamlet has the highest percentage and Gondangmanis Kulon Hamlet has the lowest percentage. (3) The implementation of ProKlim in Gondangmanis Village is included in the good category with a percentage of 79.7%, in which Kayuapu Kulon Hamlet has the highest percentage and Gondangmanis Kulon Hamlet has the lowest percentage. Suggestions for the Gondangmanis Village government and DLH are that the implementation of ProKlim needs to be continuously improved by providing comprehensive community education to the community in all hamlets in Gondangmanis Village so that all people are aware of environmental concerns and are always actively carrying out ProKlim activities so that ProKlim can continues until the next generation.
