Abstract
Assessment is one of important aspect on the teaching and learning process. The break out of Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the educational process. Goverment regulated the shools closure and students have to follow online learning process. It was a challenge for students to do an online assessment during online learning. This study aimed to analyze students’ perception towards the use of Google Forms (GF) as an EFL assessment tool based on the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) aspect. The participants in this study were 96 third�grade Junior High School Students. The participants consisted of 53 female students and 43 male students who had used GF as their worksheet during online learning. This study used questionnaires and interviews to collect the data. The data was analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach and showed that students positively perceive the use of Google Forms in the online assessment process. Derived from the result, Google Forms facilitated students to do the assessment easily anywhere and anytime, Google Forms made students do the assessment effectively and they intend to use Google Forms in the future. Nevertheless, students still found challenges while using Google forms.
