Abstract
A preliminary study conducted by researchers at Sultan Agung 02 Kalinyamatan High School showed that in learning the history of material for the resistance of national heroes and regional heroes, they only used the LKS book, a package provided by the school. Then the booklet teaching material was developed so that it can be used as an alternative teaching material used by teachers other than worksheets and textbooks. The formulation of the problem in the research are: (1) how to analyze the needs of students in learning local history at Sultan Agung 02 Kalinyamatan High School?, (2) what are the steps for developing material in the form of a booklet?, (3) how to design material development in the form of a booklet?. The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine the analysis of student needs in learning local history at Sultan Agung 02 Kalinyamatan High School, (2) to determine the steps for developing material in the form of a booklet, and (3) to determine the design of developing material in the form of a booklet. The benefits of this research are that the products developed are expected to be used as learning resources for students and teachers in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) level 1 method, namely researching without testing according to. Due to time and cost limitations, the research stage only reached five out of ten stages, namely, (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) design revision. . The results showed that (1) the development of teaching materials in the form of the Ratu Kalinyamat character booklet was produced according to the analysis of student needs, (2) the process of developing interactive quiz media based on Lectora Inspire was carried out using five stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation. , and design revision (3), the results of the validation of the feasibility of the product that has been developed get a very feasible category. Media experts gave a feasibility assessment of 93%, while material experts gave a feasibility assessment of 90%, and the teacher's response got a score of 92%. Suggestions from this research is that this research is still in stage 1, namely researching without testing and has not yet reached the stage of testing the effectiveness of the booklet. Therefore, there is an opportunity for other researchers to examine more deeply the use of this booklet in learning history.
