Abstract
The objectives of this research were to find out: diversification between massed practice method and distributed practice method toward the result of football’s dribbling and shooting practice, diversification between upper balance students and lower balance students toward the result of football’sdribbling and shooting practice, interaction between practice method and students balance toward the result of football’s dribbling and shooting practice. This experimental research used 2x2 factorial. 20 students toke from 34 total population students and split up in 4 groups. The sampling technique was random purposive sampling. Data was analyzed by MANOVA with SPSS 16.0 program and 5% signification level. Results of this research showed that: diversification effect between massed practice method and distributed practice method toward the result of football’s dribbling, there was diversification effect between upper balance students and lower balance students toward the result of football’s dribbling, there was no interaction between practice method and students balance toward the result of dribbling and shooting. Conclusion: toward result of football's dribbling and shooting,Massed practice method better than distributed practice method upper dynamic balance better than lower dynamic balance and there was no interaction between practice method and dynamic balance.
