Abstract
This thesis discusses about education curriculum 2013 policy that had been taken by the government of Indonesia affects all aspects of education starting from planning, implementation to evaluation of learning outcomes. The aims of this study is to 1) describe and analyze teachers' perceptions of implementing the E-rapor policy as a form of reporting and documenting learning outcomes, 2) implementing E-rapor as part of curriculum innovation on aspects of learning outcomes, as well as 3) supporting and inhibiting factors of learning curriculum innovation through the implementation of E-rapor at school. The type of research is a qualitative case. Collecting data using interview techniques to dig deeper ones about the implementation of E-rapor; observation is used to observe the condition of the school, the level of teacher competence in using IT, and the infrastructure used in the implementation of the E-rapor; and documentation study to strengthen data obtained from interviews. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by triangulating the data and triangulating the source to compare and cross-check the degree of confidence of the information obtained through in-depth interviews. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive model consisting of the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The emergence of various positive and negative perceptions of teachers who act as e-report card users of the E-rapor implementation policy as part of curriculum innovation, 2) E-rapor implementation has developed ways of using it in accessing the e-report application. E-rapor which can not only be accessed through the intranet network at school but can also be done online at home in processing student learning outcomes, 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of learning curriculum innovation through the implementation of E�rapor provide a positive psychological impact on teachers in its implementation. The implementation of E-rapor that is carried out by online is part of a curriculum innovation that is very important in assessing the learning outcomes of students in schools. With this innovation, documenting student learning outcomes assessment reports can be carried out effectively and efficiently so as to produce reports that are more accurate, transparent, and accountable
