Abstract

The research problem regarding management in the PSSl Association of Brebes District so that there needs to be management development at each member and monitoring development by the chairman of the board Brebes Regency PSSI Association. The research problem is how management of the Brebes Regency PSSI Association in 2019? Purpose research to find out the management of the District PSSI Association management Brebes in 2019. This type of research is a survey, the type of data in the form of qualitative descriptive collected used triangulation methods, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. The target of this research is the organization's management consisting of chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer, and organizational fields. The analysis in this study used reduction data, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that (1) The planning process at the PSSI Association in Brebes Regency had run well enough. Proven through several well-planned work programs; (2) Organizing in the Association of District PSSI has been running quite enough well as evidenced by the arrangement of existing personnel according to the assignments of each field; (3) The actuating done by the chairman is good enough because the chairman applies the principle of kinship by applying a democratic type of leadership to each of its members; (4) The controlling function at the PSSI Association in Brebes Regency is running well enough, seen from the recognition of members. Suggestions given are (1) In the planning process, each field plans more intense work program looking at obstacles that might have been possible by making plan B (backup planning) if with plan A in implementation it could not be carried out; (2) In the process of organizing, each individual can only be assisted, not delegating authority to other members for the sake of duties and responsibilities in other institutions; (3) Suggestions for the chairman and his deputies to move their members to be more intense in monitoring their subordinates as a whole to all fields; (4) in the supervisory process, the chairperson together with his deputy to improve in observing the performance of its members directly and see some deficiencies in the implementation of the work program.
