Abstract

Salah satu masalah sosial yang timbul akibat ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang terjadi adalah munculnya banyak pengangguran yang berakibat pada menurunnya pendapatan ekonomi keluarga di kalangan warga masyarakat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena warga masyarakat tidak mampu berusaha atau membuka usaha sendiri yang disebabkan belum mempunyai suatu keterampilan untuk berusaha atau membuka usaha sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi perekonomian yang terjadi pada masyarakat, untuk mendiskripsikan cara Proses Kewirausahaan di Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pemilik usaha aneka makanan berbahan dasar singkong dan para tenaga kerjanya. Selain itu juga Key informan Staf Kelurahan Ledok Kecamatan Argomulyo Kota Salatiga dan ketua RT setempat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Prosedur penelitian ini dibagi dalam tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, analisis, dan penulisan laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi masyarakat Salatiga yang terkena dampak ketidakstabilan ekonomi nasional sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mengalami masalah ekonomi di dalam rumah tangganya, hal tersebut memicu banyaknya pengangguran di lingkungan kota Salatiga sehingga perlu adanya upaya-upaya untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut. Diantara upaya yang dilakukan masyarakat adalah munculnya usaha-usaha industri rumah tangga, sehingga dapat menampung tenaga kerja terutama dikalangan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Dengan adanya industri rumah tangga tersebut dan banyaknya tenaga kerja yang belum mempunyai keterampilan, maka jiwa, semangat dan unsur-unsur kewirausahaan diharapkan muncul pada diri para pelaku usaha rumah tangga tersebut untuk bisa berwirausaha dengan baik dan dapat berkembang. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu dengan munculnya banyak pengangguran yang berakibat pada kecilnya pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat sehingga memunculkan usaha-usaha industri rumah tangga di masyarakat yang banyak membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Terutama di kalangan ibu-ibu rumah tangga banyak terserap sebagai tenaga kerja namun mereka belum mempunyai keterampilan untuk bekerja di tempat kerjanya. Dengan jiwa, semangat kewirausahaan pelaku usaha rumah tangga beserta tenaga kerjanya dapat menjalankan dan berkembang usahanya dengan baik, sehingga terpenuhi unsurunsur kewirausahaan. ---------------------------- One of the social problems that arise as a result of economic instability is happening is the emergence of a lot of unemployment which would result in reduced economic income families in the community. This happens because citizens were not able to try or open their own business due to not having a skill to attempt or open their own business. This study aims to describe the economic conditions that occur in society, to describe how Process Entrepreneurship in Society. This study uses qualitative research. Subjects consisted of business owners snacks made from cassava and its workforce. In addition, the Village staff Key informant Ledok Argomulyo District of Salatiga and chairman of the local neighborhood. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Technique authenticity of data using a triangulation of sources and methods. The procedure of this study is divided into phases of preparation, execution, analysis, and report writing research. The results showed that the condition of Salatiga communities affected by the instability of the national economy so many people are experiencing economic problems in the household, it triggers unemployment in the city of Salatiga so the need for efforts to tackle the problem. Among the efforts of society is the emergence of industry efforts house hold, so that it can accommodate the workforce, especially among mothers of households. Given the domestic industry and the number of workers who do not have the skills, the soul, the spirit and the elements of entrepreneurship are expected to appear in a domestic business actors are to be properly and entrepreneurship can flourish. The conclusion that can be taken is the emergence of a lot of unemployment resulted in little economic income people so that raises industry efforts household in the community who require much labor. Especially among mothers of households much absorbed as workers, but they do not have the skills to work in their workplaces. The soul, the spirit of entrepreneurial businesses and their household labor can run and grow their business well, so it met the elements of entrepreneurship.
