Abstract

Manajemen yang terkoordinir dengan baik dalam penyelenggaraan program Prakerin mampu meningkatkan ketrampilan dan keprofesionalan peserta didik ketika bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi Prakerin Pada Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK N 2 Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian berupa studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Urusan Praktik Kerja Industri, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Hubungan Masayarakat, Admin Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat, Ketua Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru Pembimbing, Peserta Didik, dan Pembimbing Lapangan. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif model interaktif Miles & Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Dalam perencanaan masih ditemukan rendahnya peran serta industri sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan sinkronisasi kurikulum dan penyusunan kurikulum pada proses pemetaan industri; 2) Dalam tahap pelaksanaan peneliti masiih menemukan kekurangan yang bersumber dari kegiatann penempatan peserta didik. Dari hasil analisis masih banyak ditemukan masalah ketidaksesuaian kompetensi yang dikerjakan peserta didik dengan yang seharusnya dipelajari. Ketidaksesuaian ini merupakan dampak dari rendahnya peran serta industri sebagai mitra dalam tahap perencanaan; 3) Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian kompetensi yang diperoleh peserta didik masih rendah akibat rendahnya peran serta industri sebagai mitra dalam penyelenggaraan Program Praktik Kerja Industri. Sekolah diharapkan menerapkan sistem jemput bola guna menjaring industri untuk ikut terlibat mendukung penyelenggaraan program Prakerin. Hal ini dianggap efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya peran serta industri sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan sinkronisasi dan penyusunan kurikulum yang berdampak pada munculnya masalah ketidaksesuaian komptensi yang dikerjakan peserta didik dengan yang seharusnya dipelajari. This study aims to discribe the planning, implementation, and evalution of competence in accounting expertise the work practice of the industry in SMK N 2 Pekalongan. This research uses qualitative descriptive research approach to the design of research in the form of case studies. The subject of this research is the head of the Affairs of the work practices of the industry, vice principal relations public relation section, admin, head of accounting skill competency, principal, vice principal, teacher curriculum areas tutors, learners, and supervising field. The technique of data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using truangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis using qualitative analysis of model interactive Huberman, namely & Miles reduction data, presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results showed: 1) In planning still found the low industry participation as partners in activities and drafting curriculum, curriculum synchronization on the process of maping industry; 2) In the stage of implementation still researchers find lack sourced from activity the placement of learners. From the results of the analysis are still widely found discrepancies of competence issues undertaken with learners which should be studied. This mismatch is the impact of the low level of industrial participation as partners in the planning stages; 3) Evaluation results indicate the level of competence of conformity obtained learners still low due to the low level of industrial participation as a partner in implementing the program of work practices in the industry. The school is expected to implement the system transfers the ball toattract the industry to get involved in support of organizing programPrakerin. It is considered effective to address the low participation of industry as partners in the activities of the synchronization and the preparation of the curriculum which have an impact on the emergence of the problem of mismatch komptensi level of learners with that should have been learned.
