Abstract

SMK merupakan salah satu pendidikan formal yang diselenggarakan dalam rangka mempersiapkan calon tenaga kerja untuk bekerja dalam bidang keahlian tertentu. Data SMK Negeri 1 Demak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan lulusan SMK yang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan dari tahun 2014 ke 2015 sebesar 3%. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena siswa belum memiliki kesiapan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh bimbingan karir, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Demak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Demak Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 108 siswa yang akan digunakan sebagai unit analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis dekriptif diperoleh bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori sangat siap, bimbingan karir dalam kategori baik, lingkungan keluarga dalam kategori baik, dan ekspektasi karir dalam kategori baik. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bimbingan karir, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Demak secara simultan. Bimbingan Karir berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Ekspektasi Karir berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan karir, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi karir berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Demak. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru hendaknya meningkatkan pelayanan bimbingan karir melalui peningkatan pemberian informasi kerja, orang tua hendaknya menanamkan sikap tanggung jawab, jujur, dan disiplin sejak dini, serta siswa juga diharapkan melakukan evaluasi diri agar mengenali karir yang diharapkan. Vocational High School is one of formal education which held in order to prepare candidates in certain areas of expertise. The data from SMK Negeri 1 Demak shows increase in students graduates who have not been getting jobs from 2014 to 2015 by 3%. This can happen because students do not have working readiness before. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of career guidance, family environment, and career expectations of working readiness of accounting class XII student of SMK Negeri 1 Demak. The population of this study is the students of Accounting class XII SMK Negeri 1 Demak Academic Year 2016/2017. Total population of 108 students who will be used as the unit of analysis. This study used a questionnaire as an instrument to collect the data. The method analysis used descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. From the descriptive analysis results showed that the students' readiness in the category of very ready, career guidance in good categories, family environment in good categories, and career expectation in good categories. The results of this study indicate that there are influence of career guidance, family environment, and career expectation toward working readiness students of SMK 1 Demak simultaneously. Career guidance toward the student’s working readiness. Family environment toward the student’s working readiness. Career expectation toward the student’s working readiness. It was concluded that career guidande, family environment, and career expectation influence simultaneously and partially to working readiness to accounting student of SMK Negeri 1 Demak. Advice given to the teachers should improve the services of career guidance through enhancement giving information work, the parents should be inculcate attitude responsibility responsible, honest, and discipline since early, and students also expected do self-evaluation in order to identify career expected.
