Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah perubahan perilaku secara keseluruhan setelah melaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran dilakukan penilaian. Berdasarkan observasi awal di SMA Negeri 1 Bergas tahun, dapat diketahui bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi siswa masih belum optimal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini adalah kreativitas belajar, disiplin belajar dan minat belajar sebagai variabel moderator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran minat belajar dalam memodrasi pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bergas Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IIS di SMA Negeri 1 Bergas. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 197 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis MRA. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi dalam kategori rendah, minat belajar dalam kategori tinggi, kreativitas belajar dalam kategori tinggi dan disiplin belajar dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kreativitas belajar tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Sedangkan disiplin belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Hasil penelitian lainnya yaitu bahwa minat belajar secara signifikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bergas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulan bahwa peran minat belajar dalam memoderasi pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar secara signifikan. Saran yang diberikan, hendaknya guru dan orang tua bekerjasama untuk meningkat minat dan kreativitas belajar siswa, siswa juga harus meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar supaya dapat memperoleh hasil belajar yang optimal, untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel moderating lain untuk memoderasi pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan disiplin belajar. Learning outcome is the overallbehaviour change after the learning activities. The assessment is conducted to determine the students’ learning success. Based on preliminary observations in SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, it showed that the students' economic learning outcomes were still not optimal. There were some factors that influence the learning outcome in this study including learning creativity, learning discipline and learning interest as a moderator variable. This study aims to determine the role of learning interest in modifying the influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on the economics learning outcomes of students in SMAN1 Bergas. The population of this study is all students of class X IIS in SMAN 1 Bergas. The sample taken is the entire population of 197 students. This study used documentation and questionnaire method to collect the data. They were then analyzed using descriptive and MRA analysis methods. The descriptive analysis showed that the results of economic learning is in low category, the learning interest is in high category, the learning creativity is in high category and the learning discipline is in very high category. The results of this study that the learning creativity does not affect significantly and positively influence the economic learning outcomes. Meawhile, learning discipline have a significant effect on economic learning outcomes. The other result of research is that learning interest is significantly able to moderate the influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on the economic learning outcomes of students in SMAN1 Bergas. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning interest has the important role in moderating the effect of learning creativity and learning discipline on learning outcomes significantly. It is suggested that teachers and parents should cooperate to to increase students' interest and creativity. The students also need to improve their learning discipline in order to obtain optimal learning outcomes. For further study, it can use other moderating variables to moderate the effect of learning creativity and learning discipline.
