Abstract

Minat berwirausaha adalah keinginan dan dorongan melakukan segala sesuatu dengan perasaan senang untuk mencapai tujuan dengan bekerja keras, menciptakan peluang dengan ketrampilan serta keyakinan yang dimiliki tanpa merasa takut untuk mengambil resiko yang ada dilingkungan sekitar dengan melakukan inovasi baru terhadap barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis status ekonomi orang tua, praktik kerja industri, dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017, baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kelas XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 337 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian 77 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 7,716+0,664X1+0,240X2+0,874X3. Status ekonomi orang tua, praktik kerja industri, dan motivasi belajar secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dengan kontribusi 62,2%, secara parsial status ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 25%, praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 11,56%, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2016/2017 sebesar 23,33%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh status ekonomi orang tua, praktik kerja industri, dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2016//2017 baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial. Saran yang berakitan dengan penelitian ini adalah orang tua diharapkan mampu memberikan dorongan kepada anak dalam hal mendidik untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, serta sebaiknya siswa dapat menerapkan teori yang diperoleh selama disekolah kedalam praktik kerja industri dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada saat pembelajaran supaya siswa memiliki keyakinan dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha. Interest in entrepreneurship is the desire and drive to do everything with feeling of happiness to achieve the goals by working hard, creating opportunities with the skills and beliefs without being afraid of taking risks. The one who has this interest usually innovates new goods and services. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of parents economic status, industrial work practice, and motivation in learning toward student interests in entrepreneurship in grade XII SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan in the year of 2016/2017, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was grade XII of SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan in the year of 2016/2017. They were 337 students, with 77 students as the samples. This study used a quantitative approach with questionnaires as a data collection technique. The analysis methods used were a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained the regression equation, Y = 7,716 + 0,664X1 + 0,240X2 + 0,874X3. The economic status of parents, industrial work practices, and motivation in learning partially and simultaneously give the positive and significant effect to the entrepreneurship interest of the students with a contribution of 62.2%, then, partially the economic status of parents affects the entrepreneurship interest by 25%, Industrial work practices affects the entrepreneurship interest by 11.56%, and learning motivation affects the entrepreneurship interest by 23.33%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of economic status of parents, industrial work practice, and motivation in learning toward student interest in entrepreneurship in students of grade XII of SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan in the year of 2016/2017 both simultaneously and partially. Parents are expected to give the encouragement to the students in terms of educating so that they will be an entrepreneur. Students should be able to apply the theories gained at industrial work practices and improve the learning motivation at the time of learning, so that the students will have confidence in growing the interest in entrepreneurship.
