Abstract

This research aims to analyse the listening comprehension materials in the site Bonjour de France as the supporting material for the course of Compréhension Orale Avancé. There are two issues of the research (1) How many listening materials of level DELF B1 are there in Bonjour de France, (2) How is the suitability of listening materials of level B1 in Bonjour de France to the Basic Competence of the course Compréhension Orale Avancé. The approach of the research is the descriptive qualitative. The documentation method is used to collect data in the form of video/audio of level B1. There are 35 videos/audio which will be analyzed using content analysis technique. Based on the analysis, there is no material which support Basic Competence 1 (about short dialog concerning to work, school, and hobbies), neither for Basic Competence 3 (about the announcement and oral instruction). There are 3 videos which can be the supporting materials for Basic Competence 2 (about the exposure and presentation). Then, 3 videos and 1 audio suit to Basic Competence 4 (about interaction among native). The last, 21 videos are suitable to be the supporting materials for Basic Competence 5 (about radio and television broadcasts). In total, 28 documents video/audio can be used as the supporting materials for the course of Compréhension Orale Avancé. Keyword : online site, DELF B1, listening material
