Abstract

The result of preliminary observation indicates that behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University students of Accounting Education 2013 is still relatively low. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digilib Semarang State University accoarding approach Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for students of Accounting Education, Semarang State University. The population of this study was all students of Accounting Education 2013 and samples was entire population of 186 students. The dependent variable in this study was behavioral intention to use (Y), while the independent variables were usefulness of (X1), ease of use (X2), and attitude toward using (X3). The methods of data collection used questionaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The result shown thatpositive effect usefulness of digilib Semarang State University to behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University (4,5%), positive effect ease of use digilib Semarang State Universityto behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University (10,8%), positive effect attitude toward using digilib Semarang State Universityto behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University (32%), positive effect usefulness of digilib Semarang State University to attitude toward using digilib Semarang State University (7,4%), positive effect ease of use digilib Semarang State Universityto attitude toward using digilib Semarang State University (9,5%), attitude toward using digilib Semarang State University mediate usefulness of digilib Semarang State Universityto behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University (3,52), and attitude toward using digilib Semarang State Universitymediate ease of use digilib Semarang State University to behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University (3,95). The conclusion of research shown that there were positive effect and significant of usefulness of digilib Semarang State University, ease of use digilib Semarang State University, attitude toward using digilib Semarang State University. Behavioral intention to use digilib Semarang State University directly or trough to attitude toward using digilib Semarang State University. Researcher suggests to digilib Semarang State University team socialize about Digilib Semarang State University, a better desain, and visit counter Digilib Semarang State University
