Abstract

Kabupaten Blora pada tahun 2012, selama tiga tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi belum mencapai pada kondisi eliminasi indikator secara nasional angka kesakitan kusta mencapai harus kurang dari 1/10.000.Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kunduran salah satu puskesmas di kabupaten Blora yang endemis tinggi penyakit kusta.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan kejadian kusta di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kunduran Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kasus kontrol. Populasi penelitian adalah penderita kusta yang tercatat dalam rekam medis puskesmas Kunduran. Sampel penelitian yaitu 40 kasus dan 40 kontrol.Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan antara jenis pekerjaan (p = 0,007; OR= 3,955; 95%CI= 1,546-10,114), status sosial ekonomi (p = 0,000; OR = 6,926; 95%CI= 2,380-20,157), tingkat pendidikan (p= 0,000; OR= 13,222; 95%CI= 4,400-39,732), personal hygiene (p = 0,005; OR = 0,212; 95%CI= 0,076-0,591) dengan kejadian kusta dan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p = 0,178; OR = 2,037; 95% CI= 0,834-4,976), umur (p = 0,780; OR = 0,731; 95%CI= 0,243-2,201), dan tingkat pengetahuan (p = 1,000; OR = 0,848; 95%CI= 0,275-2,613) dengan kejadian kusta. Hendaknya puskesmas Kunduran melakukan berbagai penyuluhan terkait dengan penyakit kusta.Hal ini harus dilakukan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kunduran memiliki pengetahuan rendah tentang penyakit kusta. The results of the study is there are relationship between the type of work (p = 0,007; OR = 3,955; 95%CI= 1,546-10,114), Socioeconomic status (p = 0,000; OR = 6,926; 95%CI= 2,380-20,157), level of education (p = 0,000; OR = 13,222; 95%CI= 4,400-39,732), personal hygiene (p = 0,005; OR = 0,212; 95% CI= 0,076-0,591)and no association between the sex (p = 0,178; OR = 2,03795% CI= 0,834-4,976), age (p = 0,780; OR = 0,731; 95%CI= 0,243-2,201) , dan level of knowledge(p = 1,000; OR = 0,848; 95%CI= 0,275-2,613) the incidence of leprosy. The suggestions for Kunduran Public health center are toshould perform a variety of counseling associated with leprosy. This should do the results showed that the majority of people in the working area Kunduran public health centers have low knowledge about the disease.
