Keyword: Implementation of TQM, Madrasah Aliyah Swasta, Education Quality Total Quality Management has a very important role for Education Quality Enhancement. This study aims to analyze and describe Implementasi of total quality management in madrasah aliyah swasta in grobogan regency for education quality enhancement. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. Source triangulation is used to test the validity of the data, and interactive model to analyze the data which consists of collecting, reducing, presenting, and verifying or drawing conclusions. The research subjects are the principal, educators and education staff, the student, prant of student. The results of this study indicate that Sunniyyah Selo Private Madrasah Aliyah and Tajul Ulum Brabo Private Madrasah Aliyah are the two madrasas that Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The implementation of TQM found by researchers is in the form of continuous improvement efforts, setting quality standards, organizational changes, and efforts to maintain good relations with customers. Sunniyyah Selo Private Madrasah Aliyah tries to continue to improve the quality of institutions with technology-based services to educators and education staff, students and parents/guardians of students. Meanwhile, the Tajul Ulum Brabo Private Madrasah Aliyah is trying to improve quality towards the stage of technology-based services and synergize with Islamic boarding schools which are one of the supports for the institution. The Sunniyyah Selo Private Madrasah Aliyah in improving the quality of madrasas can be seen in the "environmentally friendly" vision point, while the Tajul Ulum Brabo Private Madrasah Aliyah emphasizes the "social" point.
