    Abstract

    Bedasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belaiar siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Widya Praja Ungaran kurang optimal. Hal ini diduga karena adanya pengaruh kreativitas guru dan perhatian orang tua. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belaiar siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi yang berjumlah 74 siswa. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penetitian ini berumlah 74 responden karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah veriabel bebas yaitu kreativitas guru (X1), perhatian orang tua (X2), dan motivasi belajar (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data : dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = -5.255+ 0,658 X1 + 0,276 X2 Secara deskriptif penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru, dan perhatian orang tua adalah baik. Pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belaiar sebesar 65,75%, perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 70,83% pengaruhnva positif dan signifikan. Simpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah kreativitas guru, dan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belaja. Kreativitas guru dan. perhatian orang tua berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap motivasi belaiar. Bagi guru bidang studi Pengantar ekonomi bisnis hendaknya meningkatkan pengelolahan kelas meningkatkan pengelolahan kelas terutaman kemampuan mengembangkan kondisi belajar dan kreativitas dalam memilih, merencanakan, dan mengatur materi pelaiaran. Selain itu guru diharapkan lebih memotivasi siswa untuk lebih giat belaiar agar siswa tidak jenuh dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Bagi siswa disarankan untuk senantiasa meningkatkan rnotivasi dalam belaar terutama minat dalam belajar ekonomi. Bagi peneli selanjutya, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan cara mengkali atau menambahkan variabel yang dimungkinkan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar diluar kreativitas guru dan perhatian orang tua. Measuring motivation to learn is needed in a school learning activities. This is done to determine which seaiauh roles and functions to teacher and parents in educating . The study was aimed to determine how much influence the Teacher Creativity (XI) and Attention Parent (X2), on Learning Motivation (Y). The population in this study were students of class X accounting totaling 74 students. The variabels in this research are teacher creativity, parent attention and teaming motivation. The data was collected using questioner, test and documentations. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results in this studv showed variable Teacher Creativity , Attention Parents, positive and significant effect on the motivation to tear . The results of multiple regression analysls is Y = -5.255 + 0,658 X1 + O,276 X2 The conclusion of the study is a contribution in teacher creative influence on the learning motivation of class X student accounting SMK Widya Praja period 2013/2014 by 65,75%. While contributions influence parental supervision of grade X accountancy student motivation for 70,83%. Of SMK Widya Praja. Advice for the SMK Widya Praja hoped to the teacher to further enhance iheir creativity and attention to the attention of parents in teaching so that students are not bored in learning and can improve motivation in learning. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of creativity teachers and attention parent toward learning motivation students of grade X Accountancy on Economics and business introductory at SMK Widya Praja either simultaneosty or partially. Suggestion for the teachers are the teachers hopefully improve the creativity in teaching and care about students parent giving attention increase. Suggestion for students are the students always improve learning motivation in study with actively toward evety single exam, always do active and even as confront in study problem, asking question to teacher if not understanding about lesson. And student hopefully keep in study although without dailiy examination.
