Abstract

Guru adalah termasuk suatu profesi yang memerlukan keahlian tertentu dan memiliki tanggung jawab yang harus dikerjakan secara profesional. Karena guru adalah individu yang memiliki tanggung jawab moral terhadap kesuksesan anak didik yang berada dibawah pengawasannya, maka keberhasilan siswa akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja yang dimiliki seorang guru. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi profesional diharapkan akan memberikan sesuatu yang positif yang berkenaan dengan keberhasilan prestasi belajar siswa. Hal di atas, membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati Tahun 2009/2010 sebanyak 79 siswa yang tersebar dalam 2 kelas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Terdapat dua variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: kompetensi profesional guru (X) dan prestasi belajar (Y). Pengumpulan data diambil melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Uji Instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas . Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji hipotesis secara parsial pada level signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh model regresi Y= 38,327 + 0,523X, uji parsial diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati Tahun 2009/2010 adalah sebesar 43,4% dan 56,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dikaji. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh kompetensi profeional guru terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati Tahun 2009/2010. Hasil penelitian tersebut menyarankan kepada guru diharapkan mengkaji standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar dalam bentuk silabus yang berisi indikataor, dan bentuk penilaian, dan diturunkan dalam bentuk rencana pembelajaran yang berisi sekenariao pembelajaran, dan sebagai acuan ketika melaksanakan proses pembelajaran agar arah dan tujuan dapat tercapai. Guru diharapkan meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi informatika sebagai sumber maupun media yang efektif dalam pembelajaran akuntansi, melalui pelatihan dan training yang diadakan oleh Depdiknas, dan juga mengikuti magang di perusahaan untuk meng-update perkembangan akuntansi di perusahaan. ------------------------------------------------> Teachers are included one of professions that requires a specific expertise and they have responsibilities must be done professionally. Because teachers are individuals who have a moral responsibility for the students’ success that are under their control, so that the students’ success will be strongly influenced by the teachers’ competences. Therefore, the teachers’ professional competence is expected to provide positive things in terms of the success of the students’ learning achievement. In this case, the researcher was interested in conducting this study aimed to know the influence of the teachers’ professional competence towards the accountancy learning achievement of the eleventh grade students of accounting expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The population of this study was the eleventh grade students of accounting expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pati in the academic year of 2009/2010 as many as 79 students were in two classes. This study was such a population study. There were two variables that were discussed in this study. They are: the teachers’ professional competence (X) and the learning achievement (Y). Collection of the data was conducted through questionnaires and documentation. Instrument tests were done by a validity test and reliability test. Analysis of the data used a simple linier regression analysis by using a partially hypothesis test at the significant level of 5 %. Based on the result of the regression analysis, it was obtained a regression model Y= 38,327 + 0,523X, the partial test obtained the significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The number of the influence of the teachers’ professional competence towards the accountancy learning achievement of the eleventh grade students of accounting expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pati in the academic year of 2009/2010 was 43,4% and 56,6% that was influenced by another factors which are not discussed in this study. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are some influences of the teachers’ professional competence towards the accountancy learning achievement of the eleventh grade students of accounting expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pati in the academic year of 2009/2010. The results of this study suggest that the teachers are expected to analyze competence standards and basic competences in the form of syllabuses contain indicators and assessments which are presented in the form of a lesson plan consists of teaching learning activities, and it is used to be a teaching learning guidance in order to achieve the learning objectives. Teachers are expected to be able to improve their mastering of ICT as an effective source or media when teaching accountancy subject through training that are conducted by National Education Department
