Abstract

Education Study Program Base. Postgraduate. Semarang State University. Supervisor I Prof. Dr. Wasino, M. Hum. Supervisor II Prof. Dr. Yeri Sutopo, M.Pd., M.T. The background to this research is that there are several class students high which indicates traits that are seen as problematic and unfavorable. Characteristic It's like being quiet in class and not interacting with his friends, being indifferent to other people or friends, likes to be alone, shy and gets bored easily. After confirmed through interviews with class teachers who said that children's behavior which was seen as deviant was due to a lack of knowledge social interaction between students. They are often silent in class when it is done discussion or not, resulting in the students not mingling with their classmates resulting in reduced students' interpersonal intelligence. Based on the results of the needs analysis that has been researched by researchers, in In this learning, students need learning media to be able to do it improve their interpersonal intelligence, especially in the aspect of activeness. The aim of developing Flashcard game media using the method Role Play learning, especially class V elementary school, where in the media It contains science subjects. The model in this research uses a development model ADDIE, where there are 5 stages, namely Analyze, which analyses background, concept and also learning resources, Design (Design/Planning) is the stage of designing game media products, Development (Development) is the stage of developing game media products through Validation of material experts and media experts, Implementation, namely application Flashcard game media with the Role Play learning method students where pretest-posttest questions and Evaluation is the stage where the data that has been analyzed to determine the shortcomings of the media being developed will be created and data evaluation in the form of suggestions and questionnaires. The results of the research are Flashcard Game Media using the Role method Play was developed to help educators in implementing it learning process. This media is in the form of picture cards containing animated images that are appropriate to the learning material. Gaming Media Flashcards using the Role Play method are used as a teaching aid for educators learning takes place in class. Flashcard Game Media with method Role Play is Very Feasible and Reliable for use as media learning. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that Media Flashcard games using the Role Play method are valid with or without revisions requires significant overhaul and is well worth using as instructional Media. Flashcard Game Media with the Role Play method developed quite effectively in improving students' interpersonal intelligence elementary school. This is based on the results of effectiveness tests.
