Abstract

Assalafy Al-Asror Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Semarang which teaches entrepreneurship education to its students through business units and collaboration with Universitas Negeri Semarang campus partners. The education aims to teach entrepreneurship to students and develop business units owned by the Assalafy Al-Asror Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to analyze: 1) The implementation of entrepreneurship education based on the involvement of students in business units and partnership activities at Assalafy Al�Asror Islamic Boarding School. 2) The obstacles faced by students when carrying out student entrepreneurship education at the Assalafy Al-Asror Islamic Boarding School. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analized by using Miles & Huberman's interactive theory. The sources of data in this study were 15 informants. The results of this study is, the involvement of students in activities at Islamic boarding schools and training activities by partners is indicated to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students, while these aspects can be seen from entrepreneurship education at the assalafy al-asror Islamic boarding school. Next the obstacle faced by students while carrying out the business unit is that there is still a misunderstanding between the partners and the santri entrepreneur. It results in one party and the other party run on their own. The team should communicate with each other so that misunderstandings do not occur. Further each business unit should have a clear curriculum, and have a monthly report to aroid mistakes.
