Abstract

Nowadays problem in the field of educational shows how low learning’s outcome on understanding of accountant studies. The purpose of this research is to seek the impact of Lesson Study and conceptual understanding on lesson’s outcome of petty cash. Objects of this research is 88 students of the accountant majors students of Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School of Semarang class of X, XI, and XII. Saturated sample technique of probability sampling is used. This study uses a quantitative approach. Questionaire method is used to collect the data for the study. Data analytic technique uses descriptive analysis, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Study outcome is showing that implementation of Lesson Study and conceptual understanding are affecting lesson’s outcome of petty cash simultaneously. Partially implementation of Lesson Study has significant positive impact, and conceptual understanding also has significant positive impact on lesson’s outcome of petty cash. Given suggestion to Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School of Semarang is to keep implementing Lesson Study by doing further socialization to all the teachers regarding Lesson Study to increase understanding and capability to current teachers of Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School of Semarang.
