Abstract

Readiness online learning is role most important in support effectiveness student in follow learn the digital age. Readiness possessed by students could help in solve problem and activity class moment learning going on. Howeer, results questionnaire beginning readiness online learning students 64% of students not yet ready follow study online. So that need improved so that students have readiness good study during the learning process teach online. Type research used use study quantitative. Data collected with questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Population in study this is Student class IX SMA N 1 Tawangsari as many as 324 with sample as many as 179 students. Retrieval technique sample use technique Probability sampling with give equal opportunities for every element (members) of the population for chosen Becomes member sample. Method data analysis used is analysis statistics descriptive and analysis statistics inferential. Research results showing that of the 7 hypotheses submitted, there were 2 (two) hypotheses that were rejected and 5 (five) hypotheses accepted. With details as Next , motivation study take effect positive and significant to readiness online learning by 18%, attitude study take effect negative and no significant to readiness online learning by 18.2%, knowledge technology take effect positive and significant to readiness learning online by 24.7%, Self-directed learning take effect positive and significant to readiness online learning by 38%, Motivation learning mediated by self-directed learning take effect negative and no significant to readiness online learning by 6.6%. Attitude learning mediated by self-directed learning take effect positive and significant to readiness online learning by 47.4%, knowledge technology mediated by self - directed learning take effect negative and no significant to readiness online learning by 40.1%. Conclusion from study this are five hypotheses accepted and two rejected. Suggestions submitted is expected student could increase motivation study for readiness learn online in the digital era in order to get good grades and achievable destination learning. To researcher next expected could analyze and research other variabels that can influence readiness online learning like environment family, discipline study and others.
