The problems that underlies this research is constructivism learning theory, because it is closer to the current definition of education. This learning theory is compatible with the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) applied in Indonesia. As a foundation for entrepreneurship-based TEFA learning. Aims that students have a correct understanding of entrepreneurial skills. Prosser's theory is reinforced, that vocational education will be effective and efficient if the environment in which students have problems is a replica of the environment in which they will work. The method used in this study is a research & development approach (Research and Development; R&D), which includes activities: study guides, development of early drafts of collaborative learning models, products, projects, TEFA, expert validation and revision, implementation models, and test models effectiveness. The approach used in the effectiveness test is a quasi-experimental. The results of the study show that: 1) the initial conditions of TEFA Management are conventional, still not touching management governance based on entrepreneurial expertise, management is not yet integrated, not based on block schedules, job sheets, and not based on real TEFA products and projects. 2) Validation experts have produced a TEFA Management contextual model in enhancing entrepreneurial skills. 3) the implementation model can produce a TEFA management model to improve the entrepreneurial skills of SMK students, and 4) the TEFA management model developed in this study is in accordance with the results of both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The test results have effectively increased the entrepreneurship skills of SMK students. The findings of this study indicate that the TEFA Management Model should be recommended to related parties by empowering SMK students so that TEFA implementation is more effective and optimal. The integrative TEFA management model can be applied in developing the entrepreneurial skills of SMK students.
