Abstract

In Indonesia there are as many as 29.037 cases of HIV and 5.608 cases of AIDS on 2013,, it is possible that number could increase every year. This study discusses the mathematical models for the spread of HIV/AIDS disease with treatment class. The mathematical models used in the form SIAT models. The purpose of this study is to develop a mathematical model, analyze the point of stability, and interpret the mathematical model simulation with maple. The analysis carried out to produce numbers basic reproduction ratio . After analyzing two equilibrium point it can be concluded that the disease-free equilibrium point will be the local asymptotically stable if . While the endemic equilibrium point will be the local asymptotically stable if . Furthermore, to illustrate the model of the simulation model using Maple program produces some of the facts, that the greater value of the individuals who join treatment from HIV class and the greater progress of individuail who came pre-AIDS will reduce the number of patients.
