Abstract

Followed up from research from year to year, the reading literacy of students in Indonesia is still very lacking, there is a need for hard training to train and hone students' literacy skills with questions that have reading texts. Students' ability to do questions that have long texts students need to understand information from a reading. Therefore, it is necessary to develop this AKM question with the aim of being able to train student literacy and students can also get used to facing the form of AKM type questions. Practice questions for the AKM model will be easier to do if the questions are packaged in the form of a question bank e-book, so that it is more effective and efficient to practice anywhere and anytime. The questions entered into the question bank need to be calibrated every point, therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of the questions developed in the question bank, analyze the validity, level of difficulty and reliability of the biology questions of the AKM model level 5 Grade 10 to train students' information literacy. This type of research is Research and Development by applying the ADDIE development model and tested on class XI students of Al-Muslim High School. The questions to be tested need to go through the validation stages by material experts. Analysis of question items using the Rasch modeling method with the help of the Winstep 5.2.2.0 program. Analysis of question items with rasch model measures 1 PL (Logistics Parameters) which is the level of difficulty of the question item. In addition to measuring the difficulty of the question, another analysis carried out is to measure the validity and estimation of reliability. From the results of the analysis of the question items, it can be known the characteristics of the question items that are worthy of being included in the question bank. The results of the study obtained from the 50 questions tested on students, the re were 48 valid questions and 2 invalid questions. The results of the analysis of the difficulty level of the question items are 4 categories, namely 7 very easy questions, 18 easy questions, 17 difficult questions and 8 very difficult questions. The estimated reliability of this question item is in the very good category. In conclusion from the results of item analysis, there are 34 items that are included in the item bank, 16 other items are discarded. The items included in the question bank are good items such as theoretically valid and have a level of difficulty that is not too easy but also not too difficult, while the items that are not included in the question bank are items that get invalid analysis results and the level of difficulty gets a very easy or very difficult category.
