Abstract

Masalah perilaku paling sering terjadi pada kelompok usia remaja, salah satu penyebab masalah ini adalah adanya perubahan organbiologik akibat pematangan organ-organ reproduksi. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh pada bulan Maret 2008 menyebutkan bahwa sebagian peserta didiknya (siswa) di SMA Negeri 2 Slawi sebanyak 90,73 % sedang berpacaran dan 95,74 % pernah berpacaran. Sedangkan di SMA PGRI Slawi sebanyak 77,94 % sedang berpacaran dan 89,47 % pernah berpacaran. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku seksual pada siswa SMA negeri dengan SMA swasta di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2009. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku seksual pada siswa SMA negeri dan SMA swasta di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2009. Jenis penelitian ini adalah adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel penelitian adalah 60 siswa SMA negeri 2 Slawi yang mewakili SMA negeri dan 20 siswa SMA PGRI Slawi yang mewakili SMA swasta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data primer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa, dan data sekunder diperoleh dari sekolah. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (menggunakan uji chi square α=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi yang tergolong baik pada SMA negeri 21,7% dan SMA swasta 10,0%, sikap siswa terhadap kesehatan reproduksi yang tergolong negatif pada SMA negeri 78,3% dan SMA swasta 80,0%, perilaku seksual remaja sudah mengkhawatirkan terbukti pada SMA negeri 53,3% dan SMA swasta 40,0% berperilaku seksual kurang baik saat berpacaran seperti cium pipi, cium bibir, necking, petting maupun onani/masturbasi. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku seksual pada siswa SMA negeri dan SMA swasta di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2009. Disarankan kepada (1) Bagi Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda Dan Olahraga untuk mempertimbangkan lebih lanjut agar pendidikan reproduksi sehat remaja dimasukkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas sebagai mata iii pelajaran tersendiri, karena dilihat dari urgennya bukan hanya sekedar sudut moralitas dan agama semata-mata, tetapi demi perkembangan sehat para remaja itu sendiri atau siswa SMA, (2) Bagi sekolah SMA negeri dan SMA swasta untuk lebih banyak memberikan pemahaman tentang kesehatan reproduksi terutama berkaitan dengan sisi-sisi ilmiah seperti dampak perilaku seksual terhadap penyebaran penyakit seksual, dengan cara menambah mata pelajaran kesehatan reproduksi dalam kurikulum pendidikan, (3) Bagi orang tua siswa untuk meningkatkan fungsi kontrolnya terutama dalam hal keterbukaan komunikasi serta pengawasan terhadap media-media yang sering digunakan siswa terutama pengecekan isi ponsel anaknya. ---------------------------------------------> The behavior’s problem is likely happened in teenagers, one of the cause of this case is the changes of biological organs due to the maturing of sexual organs. Based on the information on March 2008 suggested that a apart of the students in SMA Negeri 2 Slawi amount as 90,73% is in relationship and 95,74%have ever been in relationship. Whereas, SMA Negeri Slawi amount as 77,94% in relationship and 89,47% have ever been in relationship. The problem in this research is the differences in sexual knowledge, attitude, and behavior in the state high school and in the private high school in Tegal Regency 2009. The aim of this research is to know the different in the sexual knowledge, attitude, and behavior at the state high school and in the private high school in Tegal Regency 2009. The type of this research is comparative research with the cross sectional approach and the sample of this research are 60 students of SMA negeri 2 Slawi as the representative of teh state high school and 20 students of SMA PGRI Slawi as the representative of the private high school. The instrument that is used in this research is quesioner. Primary data here collected from the admissing filling of the students and secondary data from the school. The analysis was done by univariate and bivariate (using the chi square test α=0,05). The result of this study is that the students knowledge level on reproduction health is considered good, i.e. in state senior high school was 21,7% and in the private one was 10,0% with p value of 0,247 ( > 0,05), the attitude of the students in reproduction health is considered negative, i.e. in state senior high school was 78,3% and in the private one was 80,0% with p value=0,875 ( > 0,05), the teenage sexual behavior is really felt concerned about it is proved that in state senior high school was 53,3% and in the private one was 40,0% among them have done sexual act when they are in relationship such as kissing cheek, kissing lips, necking, petting as well as masturbation with p value= 0,302 ( > 0,05). It is concluded that there are no difference in the sexual knowledge, attitude, behavior in the state high school and in the private high school in Tegal Regency 2009. Suggested that to the (1) The Education, Youth, And Sport Department to considere more so that the healthy teenage reproduction included in the education curriculum of senior high school as an independent lesson, it is considered in the significans not only in the morality and religion point of view but also for the development in the healthy of the teenage itself or the senior high school students, (2) The state and the private high schools to give more understanding in the reproduction health especially related to the scientific aspects such as the effect of the sexual behavior in the spreading of sexual diseases, by adding subjects of reproduction health in their educational curriculum (3) For the students’ parents to increase the control functions particularly in the opened information and also supervision to the media that are commonly used by the students especially checking students’ mobile phone.
