Abstract

Fasilitas pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru merupakan faktor yang penting. Kelengkapan fasilitas pembelajaran akan memberikan dorongan kepada guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pengaruh fasilitas pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 9 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2009/2010. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitas dan kreativitas guru sebagai variabel bebas, sedangkan untuk variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar siswa. Data diambil dengan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi untuk variabel fasilitas dan kreativitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif diambil dari dokumentasi guru. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda secara simultan menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara fasilitas pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif akuntansi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 9 Semarang sebesar 80,2%. Secara parsial, variabel fasilitas pembelajaran sebesar 52,2% dan variabel kreativitas guru sebesar 68,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru berpengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi SMA Negeri 9 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2009/2010. Berdasarkan penelitian ini hendakanya sekolah meningkatkan fasilitas pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru agar hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif meningkat. -----------------------------------------------> Learning Facilities and teachers’ creativity are very important factors in a learning process. The well-provided facilities will give motivation to the teachers to be more creative in conducting a learning process, so it will influence the learning result of the students. In this research, I want to try to answer some problems. And they are does learning facilities and teacher’s creativity influence the result Lesson of Accountancy in Class XI of Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 9 of Semarang City in Academic Year of 2009/2010. The population of this research is all of the grade XI students of Accountancy Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 9 of Semarang City. And there are two variables in this research. The learning facilities and the teachers’ creativity are as the independent variables. And the students’ learning result is the dependent variable. The method of collecting the data for the independent variables uses questioners and documentation, while the data for the dependent variable are taken from the teacher’s documentation. And then multiple linear analysis is used for the data analysis of this research. Based on the linear regression analysis, simultaneously, it showed that the learning facilities and the teacher’s creativity influenced about 80, 2% of the total of the learning process result of Productive Lesson of Class XI of Accountancy Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 9 of Semarang City. Partially, the learning facilities variable influenced about 52,2%, and the teacher’s creativity variable in the learning process influenced about 68,7%. Based on the research, I can draw a conclusion that the learning facilities and the teachers’ creativity have a positive influence both partially and simultaneously on the result of the learning Lesson of Class XI of Accountancy Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 9 of Semarang City in Academic Year 2009/2010. From the result of this research, the school should improve the learning facilities of the school and the teachers’ creativity in order to improve the result of the Productive Lesson learning process of the school.
