Abstract

The objective of this research is to learn about the use of support materials in learning language skills of French Language Education. Support for this research is Elena. Elena is a learning website which is made by Semarang State University. The respondents of this research are professors, fifth and third semester students. The method used is an evaluation program called CIPP (context, input, process, and product). I used survey, interview and documentation as the data. Then I used the descriptive percentage to calculate the data. The results of this research show that the context is 71.3% which obtained the category “effective”, the input is 65.1% which obtained the category “effective”, and the process is 66.4% which obtained the category “effective” and for the product is 72.7% which obtained the category “effective”. Based on the results of the survey, there are 80.5% who aren’t satisfied, 15% who are a little satisfied, 48% who are quite satisfied and 15% who are very satisfied.
