Abstract

implementation of education in the academic and non-academic domains has the goal of one of which is the development of student character to form a dignified personality. Extracurricular activities are part of non-academic education where in sports extracurricular activities students can reap the values of life and apply them in their environment. This research is a correlational study using path analysis. There are four variables that are in the order of the four variables. Path expansion analysis of multiple linear regression. Analysis of the use of regression to estimate the causal relationship between variables that has been determined based on theory. The independent variables in this study are personality, attitude & spiritual intelligence. The dependent variable in this study is the orientation sportsmanship. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 which was tested for validity and reliability. The sample in this study were 107 students who were members of the sports extracurricular activities at the State Junior High School 5 of SemarangCity. Pearson correlation test results; (1) personality with sportsmanship orientation shows a value of 0.366 with F count in table 10.833. (2) spiritual intelligence with sportsmanship orientation shows a value of 0.463 with F count in table 11.023. (3) attitude with sportsmanship orientation shows a value of 0.357 with F count 6.983. (4) intelligence and spiritual intelligence with sportsmanship orientation shows the value of 0.366 and 0.344 with F counting to 7.824. (5) spiritual intelligence and attitude with sportsmanship orientation shows a value of 0.344 and 0.357 with F counting 6.921. (6) personality and attitude with sportsmanship orientation showed a value of 0.366 and 0.357 with F counting 6.811. (7) personality, attitude and spiritual intelligence with sportsmanship showing 0.366 and 0.357 and 0.344 with F counting 5.693. The fixed value of the variable is positive and the value of all the variables is greater than r-table, namely 0.158 and all F count> F table, namely> 3.93. The conclusion is that personality, attitude, spiritual intelligence and sportsmanship orientation have a significant relationship. Suggestion; (1) Teachers and extracurricular trainers further enhance their role in recognizing students' personalities to become role models that are manifested in daily attitudes and create a religious environment to instill attitudes and habits that can increase spiritual students in an effort to increase studentsportsmanship
