Abstract

The application of the Learning Model to the 2013 Curriculum in Primary pected objectives. The results of the FGD with 10 Schools has not met the teachers in Semarang City and 10 teachers in several Citics in Central Java concluded that 80% of teachers found it difficult to teach Physical Education because there is no clear and sharp teaching model about basic motion learning that develops attitudes to shape student character. Problem Formulation is How do the development of physical education learning models of locomotor, nonlocomotor and manipulative basic motion material materials for elementary school classes use the TPSR approach? The purpose of this study was to make a physical education learning model of locomotor, non- locomotor and manipulative elementary school motion patterns in elementary school using the TPSR approach. This research uses Research and Development, the step is to conduct a needs analysis by observation in 3 clementary schools, Designing Learning Model Products, validating game experts. Conducting a small-scale test at SD Sukorejo 02, Conducting product revisions, Conducting a large-scale test at SD Sampangan 01 and feasibility testing at SD Srondol Kulon 02. The instrument uses a questionnaire for learning experts and game experts, Observation sheets assess attitudes, authentic assessment sheets assess knowledge and observation sheets assess skills for field trials. The trial data will be analyzed by analytical descriptive, by examining and examining in depth the information and or feedback that can be captured from the test subject. Results: The initial design of locomotor, non locomotor and manipulative basic motion products Class 1, 2, and 3 have met the learning needs, expert evaluations, small scale trials, large scale trials and feasibility tests. The results of small-scale trials, large-scale trials and feasibility tests, showed an increase in locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative basic motion capabilities. Based on the test, the results of the assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills of students in grades 1, 2, and 3 have increased. The locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative basic motion learning model of the lower class is suitable to be used as an alternative choice for teaching Physical Education. Teachers should always make learning innovations to improve students' physical fitness
