Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the physical education learning model with the CIPP model in SMA N 5 Kupang class XI still encountered obstacles in the evaluation of the implementation, so the teacher did not understand the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, especially regarding the learning tools in the form of lesson plans (RPP), the process of providing assessments using the 2013 curriculum. This study aims to 1) Analyze the physical education learning program that includes the physical condition of the environment that supports the learning program, 2) Analyze the availability of facilities and infrastructure, human resources including education levels and the appropriateness of teacher education with subjects that are empowered in supporting the implementation of learning programs, 3) Analyzing the process of implementing scientific learning programs, 4) Analyzing student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. The program implementation evaluation model used is the context, input, process, product model. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers and students. Data collection uses observation, interviews and document study. The results showed that 1) evaluation of the context of the Physical Education learning program was sufficiently addressed with a change or revision of vision and mission, 2) evaluation of input with the principal about K13 was running but there were obstacles in the process of its application, 3) evaluation of the process of implementing K13 in schools had run effectively, 4) product evaluation includes learning outcomes that are already above the KKM. Not all components meet the standard conclusions and recommendations from this study, therefore an evaluation of the 2013 curriculum is needed
