Abstract

Learning device is a needed tool in implementing learning activities. Preliminary studies show that there is still a lack of development of learning tools. This study aims to develop e-learning integrated STEM-based project-based learning tools to increase students' creative thinking skills which have been tested for feasibility, effectiveness and teacher response. The used research method is the research and development (R&D) development model Sugiyono (2019) with several stages, namely problem identification, data collection, e-learning integrated STEM-based project-based learning design in the form of syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, evaluation of questions based on e-learning, design validation, design revision, trial use in SD Negeri 2 Pangkalan for the 2019/2020 school year, product revision, large-scale trials at SD Negeri 3 Panembahan for the 2019/2020 school year. The research subjects were 58 students. Data were collected by means of interview sheets, tests and questionnaires. Technique of quantitative data analysis with parametric statistics, average completeness test used the calculation of the spss one sample t-test, the Z proportion test, the mean difference test using the paired sample t-test, and the N-gain test. The results showed that (1) the learning tools developed were feasible to use, namely a syllabus of 40 with a maximum score of 40 (valid), RPP of 60 with a maximum score of 60 (valid), teaching materials of 54 with a maximum score of 56 (valid), questions of 38 with a maximum score of 40 (valid). (2) e-learning integrated STEM-based projectbased learning tools are effective in improving students' creative thinking skills. (3) The teacher's response obtained a score of 97 with a maximum score of 100 so that the response was very good. The use of STEM integrated project-based learning teaching materials is one solution to improve students' creative thinking skills.
