Abstract

Sub-district integrated administration training is not optimal in improving the quality of public services in the sub-district. Research objectives: analyzing factual models, developing hypothetical models, analyzing the feasibility of developing models and analyzing the effectiveness of developing management models of district-based integrated administration service management training for sub-districts in Central Java. The research method uses a research and development model approach, data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, documentation, and testing the validity of the data using validity, reliability and data source responsiveness, and technical data analysis using interactive / qualitative, quantitative and experimental models. The results of the study produced (a) factual model of training: material, teaching ability, supporting facilities received good grades and the implementation of the training received very good grades, while planning received poor grades and training evaluations received poor grades. (b) development of the model through the application of the ADDIE training model and preparation of training guidelines, c) developing the feasible model through validation of limited and expanded models, d) Development of the effective model through pretest and posttest of the research subjects.
