Abstract

Disasters are part of human life, with a variety of natural wealth in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) so it does not rule out the possibility of having various disaster potential. Education and training on disasters from an early age is a preventive step in providing protection and safety for learners, educators and education personnel from disaster risk and to ensure the sustainability of educational services in the education unit. PMI in human resource development is carried out through external activities as self-development and interest in students after gaining knowledge in learning in the classroom called the Youth Red Cross (PMR). PMI facilitators assigned to train are pmi certified. Pedagogical competence in educational learning activities is needed by PMR Mula facilitators to carry out training activities in accordance with the plan and help the learning process of didi participants. Facilitator guidebook is one of the efforts to help PMR Mula facilitators in planning learning activities to be in accordance with learning objectives in the field, to minimize the nonconformity of extracurricular activities with the curriculum that has been given, especially disaster materials. What is the objective picture of the needs of use, feasibility and effectiveness of the guidebook for PMR facilitators of the initial level of disaster preparedness material? This research was conducted to analyze the needs, feasibility and effectiveness of the PMR Facilitator's guidebook Mula disaster preparedness material. ADDIE is a research method conducted by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating the results of the development of the guidebook of PMR Facilitators Mula preparedness material. disaster. The results showed that the development of a GUIDEBOOK facilitator PMR Mula disaster preparedness material beforehis. Feasibility of the results of the development of the guidebook of PMR Facilitator Mula disaster preparedness material obtained excellent criteria, and effectively used by facilitators PMR Mula, especially material disaster preparedness. So that it can help improve pedagogical ability in managing effective activities, up to using teaching aids, especially disaster preparedness materials from pre-activity, during training to post-training.
