Abstract

The successfull of learning is very depends on the efforts of teachers to teach their students because teaching is basically raising students to learn. teachers need to have creativity to always innovate so that learning is not boring. Tedious learning will have an impact on the process and learning outcomes. Mastery of English language material in the junior high school includes four language skills, namely: listening, speaking, writing and reading. Good on speaking skills is one indication of the success of learning English in general, because with good speaking skills it means that students have been able to use language as oral communication tool. The teacher needs to create a learning model as part of the teaching method, which is very necessary in improving learning, which ultimately increases student learning outcomes. Based on the thoughts and backgrounds stated above, there is an interesting phenomenon, how teachers are required to be able to teach the method of Community Language Learning to improve the ability to compose text transactional speaking interactions with a limited time allocation with the background abilities of different students. Community Language Learning Procedure combines innovative learning tasks and activities with conventional one, that is Translation, Group Work, Recording, Transcription, Analysis, Reflection and Observation, Free Conversation. The results of research on the variable Implementation of the Community Lengauge Learning Method (CLL) show that 53.13% of students have a very good tendency. The data also shows that not all students have a very good tendency towards the CLL method, meaning that there are 46.97% of students still having good and unfavorable tendencies.
