Keywords: Principal Leadership, Compensation, Work Motivation, Teacher Loyalty, Teacher Performance Teacher loyalty can be seen through the obedience and responsibility of a teacher to his job. Meanwhile, teacher performance can be seen from the professors in mastering the required competencies. Based on preliminary observations, it is found that there is a turnover of teachers every year, and there are still teachers who do not record working hours and lack of teacher readiness in arranging learning tools so that the learning process is not optimal. Therefore, this study aims to reveal whether there is an effect of principal leadership, compensation, and work motivation, teacher loyalty and teacher performance. The population in this study were 44 teachers at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and percentage descriptive analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 20 program. The results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis in this study obtained the equation LG = 7.315 + 0.194 KP + 0.715 KO + 0.268 MK and KG = 13.244 + 0.438 KP + 0.856 KO + 0.758 MK-0.600 LG. The results showed that principal leadership, compensation, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher loyalty. Then, principal leadership, compensation, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher loyalty has a significant negative effect on teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of principal leadership, compensation, and work motivation on teacher loyalty and teacher performance at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. The suggestion from this research is that the principal is more innovative in developing school. Then there is mutual trust between the school and the teacher, and there is a need for improvements in supporting facilities for the teaching and learning process in order to facilitate the learning process.
