Sampling techniques are using a proportional stratified random sampling to the number of 204 students based on the slovin formula with an error rate 5%. Data collection methods use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and regression analysis with absolute discrepancy. Descriptive analysis shows that religiosity are in the highest category, family education is in good category, islamic financial literacy, financial socialization, and intelligence quotient are in the higher category. Hypothesis testing suggests that religiosity and financial socialization have a positive and significant impact on the islamic financial literacy, whereas family education does not affect the islamic financial literacy. Intelligence quotient strengthens the impact of financial socialization on islamic financial literacy, does not strengthens the religious impact on islamic financial literacy, and does not strengthens the impact of family education on islamic financial literacy. Based on the research, we can conclude that islamic finance literacy is influenced by religious and financial socialization. Intelligence quotient as a moderate variable only strengthens the impact of financial socialization on islamic financial literacy. Researchers suggest that students increase islamic studies or activities of islamic finance, read islamic financial literature, and use Islamic financial product to improve islamic financial literacy, especially indicators of islamic financial skills.
