Abstract

Government through the Directorate General of Higher Education , Ministry of Education and Culture from 2010 Tuition Assistance Program launched Bidikmisi namely tuition assistance for prospective students finish their studies and have good academic potential to study in college courses leading to graduate on time . Unnes , is college getting Bidikmisi most quotas in Indonesia . Recorded until 2013 , the number of students is 5,450 students Bidikmisi Unnes . Results of monitoring and evaluation Bidikmisi Unnes month February 2012 , there were 276 of the 1,750 students who received GPA below 3.00 . To overcome this , there should be a special coaching for students who have Bidikmisi GPA below 3.00 namely peer tutoring . To facilitate the management and monitoring of Web-Based Peer tutoring developed . Impact of Web-Based Peer tutoring activities is 37 % of participants peer tutoring class of 2010 and 36 % of participants peer tutoring class of 2011 get a GPA above or equal to 3.00
