Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui customer bonding yang dilakukan oleh Matahari Department Store, mengetahui loyalitas pelanggan Matahari Club Card (MCC) dan mengetahui pengaruh customer bonding terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Matahari Club Card. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berbelanja di Matahari Java Mall Semarang yang terdaftar sebagai anggota Matahari Club Card (MCC) dan terdaftar sebagai anggota MCC minimal selama 1 tahun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap pelanggan yang sedang berbelanja di Matahari Java Mall Semarang yang terdaftar sebagai anggota MCC selama minimal 1 tahun dan telah melakukan transaksi pembayaran di kasir dengan menggunakan kartu MCC pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Variabel penelitian ini adalah customer bonding dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi yaitu skala customer bonding dan skala loyalitas pelanggan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. --------------------------------------------------------- The aim of this research is to know the customer bonding that has been done by Matahari Department Store, to know the loyalty of Matahari Club Card (MCC) members and to know the effect of customer bonding to the loyalty of Matahari club card members. The research that has been done is quantitative correlation research. The population of this research are the customer of Matahari Department Store that are considered as the members of Matahari Club Card (MCC) and consodered as the member of MCC 1 year minimum. The sample collection has been done to the customer that have been shopping in the Matahari Java Mall Semarang and considered as ateh member of MCC 1 year minimum and have been done payment transaction in the cashier by using MCC card when the research administered. The sample collection in tyhis research are 100 peoples. The variable of the research is customer bonding and customer loyalty. The data collection method in this reesearch using psychology scale that is customer loyalty scale. Data analysis method in this research is using regresion analysis.
