Abstract
Human resources is one of the assets that must be maintened. The result of initial finding of CV Tirta Makmur obtained data that the employee turnover rate on 2019 is quite high at 11,6%. From the result of interview with HRD of CV Tirta Makmur found that the low job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment makes the reason for employees leaving the job. The aim of this study is to test the influence of variables job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment towards turnover intention on employees of CV Tirta Makmur. The population of this study was all of executif employeesas of CV Tirta Makmur as many as 259 employees. The sample in this study was taken using Slovin formula and obtained 157 respondens. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were interview, documentation, and questionnaire. This study used classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple regression analysis, and percentage descriptive analysis using SPSS program for Windows Release 24 as the data analysis technique. The results of this study showed that simultaneously job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment had influence on turnover intention as big as 45,9%. Meanwhile, partially for job satisfication influenced turnover intention as big as 17,1%, job involvement influenced turnover intention as big as 39,1%, and organizational commitment influenced turnover intention as big as 29,1%. The result of equation gained rom multiple regression analysis was Y= 66,123 – 0,140 KP – 0,390 KT – 0,354 KO. The conclusion of this study are negatif significant infuence of job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment of the turnover intention of CV Tirta Makmur. Suggestions for employees regarding the result of this study are more active work so as to get a promotion, employees support and participate in all company activities, and more committed to the company. Suggestions for companies, promotions should be done as well as possible, motivate and encourage employees to participate in company activities, build and maintain employee confidence.
