Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Outdoor Study tema Ekosistem terhadap penguasaan konsep dan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa beserta besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan model penelitian Quasi Experimental Design. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari populasi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Boja tahun 2017, diperoleh kelas VII G sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII H sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari nilai posttest penguasaan konsep siswa yang disusun berdasarkan masalah, nilai kecerdasan interpersonal siswa yang diperoleh melalui empat kali pengamatan pada lembar observasi, lembar angket self assessment dan angket peer assessment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan berdasarkan posttest penguasaan konsep siswa adalah r = 0,505. Hasil analisis uji t terhadap nilai koefisien korelasi penguasaan konsep siswa memperlihatkan t hitung = 4,891 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) yang diperoleh sebesar 25,47%. Hasil analisis observasi kecerdasan interpersonal siswa menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh adalah r = 0,548. Hasil analisis uji t terhadap nilai koefisien korelasi kecerdasan interpersonal siswa memperlihatkan t hitung = 5,487 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) yang diperoleh sebesar 30,07%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Outdoor Study tema Ekosistem berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep dan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa. -- This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Outdoor Study Ecosystem theme on mastery of concepts and interpersonal intelligence students and their influence value. This research is an experimental research using Quasi Experimental Design research model. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique from student of class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Boja in 2017, obtained a class VII G as the experiment class and class VII H as the control class. The data of this study were obtained from the posttest value concept of mastery students based on the problem, the interpersonal intelligence values obtained through four observations on the observation sheet, self assessment questionnaire and peer assessment questionnaire. The results showed a correlation coefficient obtained based on posttest mastery of concept students is r = 0,505. The result of t test analysis to the coefficient correlation value of mastery of concepts students shows t arithmetic = 4,891 which means that there is significant influence. The amount of influence is shown by the value the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained by 25.47%. The result of observation analysis of interpersonal intelligence students showed that the correlation coefficient obtained is r = 0,548. The result of t test analysis to the correlation coefficient value of interpersonal intelligence students shows t arithmetic = 5,487 which means that there is significant influence. The amount of influence is shown by the value the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained by 30.07%. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Outdoor Study of Ecosystem theme influence on mastery of concepts and interpersonal intelligence students.
