Abstract

Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Brangsong, persentase rumah tangga berPHBS di Desa Tunggulsari yaitu 32,44%. Ini berarti belum mencapai SPM tahun 2010 yang sebesar 65%. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor apa sajakah yang berhubungan dengan praktik ibu rumah tangga tentang PHBS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan praktik ibu rumah tangga tentang PHBS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu di Desa Tunggulsari sejumlah 1015 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Accidental Sampling dan jumlah sampel sebesar 88 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara wawancara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari puskesmas Brangsong, DKK Kendal dan Kantor Desa Tunggulsari. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan α = 0,05). Hasil analisis uji statistik didapatkan p = 0,292 untuk pendidikan, p = 0,409 untuk umur, p = 0,0001 untuk pendapatan, p = 0,696 untuk status pekerjaan, p = 0,916 untuk jumlah anggota keluarga, p = 0,544 untuk penyuluhan kesehatan, p = 0,254 untuk jarak pelayanan kesehatan, p = 0,021 untuk dukungan kader, p = 0,339 untuk dukungan toma. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara pendapatan, dan dukungan kader dengan praktik ibu rumah tangga tentang PHBS. Saran yang dianjurkan bagi Kepala Desa Tunggulsari dan Puskesmas Brangsong agar lebih meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang PHBS. -------------------------------------------------> Based on the data Brangsong Public Health Center; percentage PHBS in Tunggulsari village, that is 32,44%.This mean not yet can achieve minimal service standart in 2010 years; that is 65%. The objective this research is to know factor which related to with housewife’s practice about PHBS. The kind if this research is analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this research are all housewife’s in Tunggulsari Village; that is 1015 respondent, the technique interpretation of sample with accidental sampling and to get sample; that is 88 respondent. The instrument in this research is questioners. The primary data to get with interview. The secondary data to get from Brangsong Public Health Center, DKK Kendal and Region Government Tunggulsari Office . The data analysis was taken in univariat and bivariat (used to Chi Square test with α = 0,05). Based on result analysis of statistic test was obtain p=0,292 to education; p=0,409 the age; p=0,000 the income; p=0,696 to respondent occupation status; p=0,916 to total family component; p=0,544 to health promotion; p=0,254 to distance of health service; p=0,021 to cadre support; p=0,339 to public figure support. The cloncuding this research is there are relation between total income and health cadre support with housewife’ practice about PHBS. The suggestion with to recommendation for region government Tunggulsari and Brangsong Public Health Center in order to more increase the health promotion activity about PHBS.
