Abstract
Gubernur Jawa Tengah mengeluarkan surat edaran nomor 420/006752/2015 tentang penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan yang isinya penyelenggaraan pendidikan lima hari atau full day school bagi sekolah berbasis negeri. SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja telah melaksanakan full day school selama dua semester namun sempat dihentikan dan kembali pada kebijakan sekolah enam hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui alasan sekolah mengambil keputusan untuk kembali ke kebijakan enam hari sekolah pasca kebijakan full day school di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, (2) mengetahui proses pelaksanaan sekolah enam hari dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas pasca full day school di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, (3) mengetahui tanggapan dari siswa dan orang tua siswa atas diberlakukannya kembali kebijakan enam hari sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja Kabupaten Cilacap. Subjek penelitian adalah warga SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja dan orang tua siswa. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu warga SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. Informan pendukung orang tua siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. Pengumpulan data menggunaka dokumentasi,observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pilihan Difusi inovasi dalam pendidikan dari Everett Roger dan teori evaluasi program model CIPP dari Stufllebeam sebagai landasan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Alasan SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja kembali pada kebijakan enam hari sekolah pasca full day school karena dalam pelaksanaan full day school sekolah menjumpai berbagai kendala yang dihadapi. (2) Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam sekolah enam hari pasca full day school di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja tidak jauh berbeda dengan pembelajaran ketika full day school baik dilihat dari model dan metode yang digunakan. (3) Guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa memberikan tanggapan yang beragam terkait pelaksanaan sekolah enam hari pasca full day school. Saran yang peneliti rekomendasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Sebaiknya sekolah melengkapi sarana prasarana penunjang full day school diantaranya perluasan mushola dan kantin supaya program full day school berjalan dengan lancar. (2) diperlukan pelatihan bagi guru dalam bidang mengajar seperti seperti pelatihan penerapan dalam model dan metode pembelajaran, supaya dalam pelaksanaan full day school nanti pembelajaran tidak monoton ---- Governor of Central Java issued a circular number 420/006752/2015 about the implementation of educational activities contents of the implementation of five-day education or full day school for state-based schools. SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja has been performing full day school for two semesters yet again and returns to the six-day school policy. This study aims to (1) find out the reasons for the school to make a decision to return to the six-day post-school full school policy policy at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, (2) to know the process of implementing the six-day school in the learning activities in the classroom after full day school in SMA 1 Kedungreja, (3) knowing responses from students and parents of students on the re-enactment of the six-day school policy in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. The research method used is qualitative research. The research location is in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja Cilacap Regency. Research subjects are citizens of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja and parents of students. The main informant in this research is citizen of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. Informants support parents of students of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja. Data collection uses documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis method consisting of data, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal. This study uses the theory of choice. From the Steckllebeam model as the theoretical basis. The results of the study show (1) The reason for SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja is back to the policy of six days post-school full-day school because in the execution of school day meet various ongoing. (2) the process of implementing learning in six-day post-full school school in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja is not much different from the learning when full day school is good seen from the model and the method used. (3) Teachers, students and parents give mixed responses to the six-day post-full-school school. Suggestions that researchers recommend in this study are (1) departing from the lack of facilities and infrastructure in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, school teachers improvisation of learning in the classroom. (2) it is necessary for teacher training in the field of teaching other than based on the IT field but also outside study because it can not always be done in the classroom.
