Abstract

Guru yang memiliki kinerja tinggi, akan menjadi sarana tercapainya mutu pendidikan yang tinggi yang merupakan tujuan penyelenggaraan pendidikan disekolah dasar dapat tercapai secara optimal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) adakah hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati?; (2) adakah hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati?; (3) adakah hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati?. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk: (1) Menguji hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati; (2) menguji hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati; (3) Menguji hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Hasannudin Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati. Desain dan Jenis penelitian korelasional ini menggunakan metode penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru sekolah dasar gugus hasannudin kecamatan tayu yang berjumlah 72 guru.Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh adalah tekhnik penentuan sampel bila semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi atau sebesar 0,612 berada pada kriteria kuat; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dibuktikan dengan Hasil analisis korelasi Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi atau sebesar 0,601 berada pada kriteria kuat; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi atau sebesar 0,712 berada pada kriteria kuat. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar. Saran bagi kepala sekolah sebaiknya memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang ideal dan dapat membina karakter di sekolahnya sehingga guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja sebgai guru sekolah dasar. ------------------------------------------------------ Teachers who have high performance, will be a means of achieving high quality education which is the goal of implementation of primary school education can be achieved optimally. The purpose of this research is to: (1) examine the relationship between leadership style of principals to the performance of elementary school teachers Cluster Hasannudin Tayu District Pati Regency; (2) to examine organizational culture relation on teacher performance of elementary school of cluster Hasannudin Tayu sub-district, Pati regency; (3) To examine the relationship between principal leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of the teachers of Hasannudin Elementary School in Tayu Subdistrict, Pati Regency. This correlational research using ex post facto research method. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers hasannudin cluster tayu sub-district which amounted to 72 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used sample. Analysis technique used in this research is a simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is positive correlation between headmaster's leadership toward teacher performance of Hasannudin Elementary School in Tayu Sub-district, Pati Regency. The result of Product Moment correlation analysis shows that the correlation coefficient or R_hitung of 0.612; (2) there is a positive relationship between the organizational culture on the performance of the elementary school teacher Cluster Hasannudin Tayu District Pati Regency. The result of Product Moment correlation analysis shows that the correlation coefficient or R_hitung of 0.601; (3) there is a positive relationship between headmaster leadership and organizational culture on the performance of primary school teachers Cluster Hasannudin Tayu District Pati Regency. The result of double correlation analysis shows that the correlation coefficient or R_hitung of 0.712 are on strong criteria Based on such research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of principal leadership style and organizational culture towards the performance of primary school teachers. Advice for the headmaster should have the ideal leadership style and can build character in his school so that teachers can improve performance as an elementary school teacher.
