Abstract
Pembelajaran menjadi berkualitas jika siswa dapat terlibat secara fisik, mental maupun emosional dalam proses membangun dan memperoleh konsep. Partisipasi aktif sanagt dibutuhkan untuk menciptaksn pembelajaran yang bermakna. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy, lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap partisipasi aktif SMK Negeri 2 Blora. Populasi penelitian 107 siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Blora. Seluruh populasi dalam penelitian dijadikan unit analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Metode analisis yang digunakan deskriptif, regresi linear berganda dan jalur (Path). Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa partisipasi aktif dalam kategori rendah, self-efficacy dalam kategori baik, lingkungan sekolah dalam kategori baik, dan motivasi belajar dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung self-efficacy terhadap partisipasi aktif (22,2%), lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap partisipasi aktif (61,3%), motivasi belajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap partisipasi aktif (14,7%), self-efficacy berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar (17,8%), lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar (64,5%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh self-efficacy dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap partisipasi aktif. Saran yang dapat diberikan bagi siswa lebih meningkatkan keyakinan diri dan antusias dengan aktif memberikan respon saat pembelajaran. Sekolah hendaknya selalu mengondisikan sekolah selalu dalam kondisi baik, nyaman dan menambah sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan hendaknya mengkaji variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi aktif siswa. Learning becomes quality if students can be seen physically, mentally, and emotionallyin the process of building and acquiring concepts. Active students participation isneeded to create meaningful learning. This study aims to determine influence of self-efficacy of students, influence school environment through the motivation of learning as intervening variables toward active participation of the Tenth Grade Students of the Accounting Competency Program of SMK Negeri 2 Blora. The population of this research includes 107 students of Accounting Competency Program of SMK Negeri 2 Blora. The entire population in this study was used as the unit of analyze.Data collection technniques using questionnaires. The methods of analysis used descriptive, multiple linear regression and path. Result of descriptive analysis obtained that active participation in low category, self-efficacy in good category, school environment in good category, and learning motivation in high category. The results of this study statistically showed that there was a direct effect of students' effectiveness on the active participation (22.2%), the school environment has a direct effect on the active participation (61.3%), the learning motivation directly affect on the active participation (14.7% ), the self-efficacy directly affect on the learning motivation (17.8%), school environment directly affects on the learning motivation (64.5%). Based on the results of the reseach above, it can be concluded that there’s no influence understanding of self-efficacy and school environment through learning motivation toward active participation. Suggestions that can be given for students further increase confidence and enthusiasm by actively responding when learning. School should always condition the school is always in good condition, comfortable and add existing facilities and infrastructure. For further research should assess other variables that influence on active students participation.
