Abstract

Faktor produksi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi dalam sebuah industri. Dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada tiga faktor produksi yaitu modal, tenaga kerja dan teknologi. Industri monel merupakan salah satu potensi industri di Jepara yang sedang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Namun, dalam satu tahun terakhir terjadi penurunan tingkat produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh modal terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara; (2) pengaruh tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara; (3) pengaruh teknologi terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara; (4) pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengusaha monel sebanyak 53 pengusaha monel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yang diambil semua dari jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan regresi berganda yang tentunya mengacu pada fungsi Cobb Douglas dengan menggunakan logaritma sehinggga diketahui koefisiennya dengan mudah. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa modal, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara dengan kontribusi 56.1%, secara parsial modal berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi industri sebesar 25.91%, tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi industri sebesar 25.30%, dan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara sebesar 24.60%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa modal, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi industri monel di Kabupaten Jepara secara simultan dan secara parsial. Penulis dapat mengimplikasikan bahwa industri kecil yang ada di Kabupaten Jepara sebaiknya menggunkan kombinasi faktor produksi seperti modal, tenaga kerja dan teknologi sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah produksi semaksimal mungkin, akan tetapi bukan berarti terlepas dari faktor lainya. Production factors are essential to increase production yield an industry. This study is limited by three factors of production, that is capital, labor, and technology. The monel industry is a one of potential industries in jepara that being developed by goverment. But in a last year the production rates is decreased. The purpose of this study (1) determine the effect of capital to the production yield of industry monel in Jepara (2) determine the effect of the labour to the production yield of industry monel in Jepara (3) determine the effect of technology to the production yield of industry monel in Jepara (4) determine the effect of capital, labour and technology to the production yield of industry monel in Jepara. The population of this research is monel enterpreneurs in Jepara totaling 53 industry monel. Sampling used a saturated sample taken from all population numbers. This research is a kind of quantitative research. Data collection by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with multiple regression which is refers to Cobb Douglas function by using logarithm so the coefficient is known easily. The result of this study is the utilization of capital, labour and technology simultanously affect production yield of industry with a contribution of 56,1 %. Partially, the utilization of capital contributes 25,91%, labour affects 25,30%, and technology contributes 24.60%. Based on the research, it can be concluded that utilization of capital, labour and technology simultaneously and partially affect production yield of industry. The authors can imply that the small industries in Jepara Regency should use a combination of factor product as capital, labor and technology in an effort to increase the maximum amount of production, but not necessarily apart from other factors.
