Abstract

Kinerja merupakan suatu hasil yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai baik kuantitas maupun kualitas pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya disiplin kerja, fasilitas kantor, dan tata ruang kantor. Hasil observasi awal di Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat pegawai yang hadir ke kantor tidak tepat waktu, pulang sebelum selesai jam kerja, dan masih ada pegawai yang menunda-nunda pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kantor, dan tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang berjumlah 52 pegawai yang merangkap menjadi sampel penelitian pada penelitian ini (sampel jenuh). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 0,922 + 0,299 X1 + 0,507 X2 + 0,611 X3. Uji F yang diperoleh Fhitung = 27,778, sehingga H1 diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) disiplin kerja (X1) diperoleh thitung = 3,114 dengan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, sehingga H2 diterima. Fasilitas Kantor (X2) diperoleh thitung = 2,088 dengan signifikansi 0,042 < 0,05, sehingga H3 diterima. Tata Ruang Kantor diperoleh thitung = 3,145 dengan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, sehingga H4 diterima. Secara simultan (R2) disiplin kerja, fasilitas kantor, dan tata ruang kantor berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 61,6%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial adalah tata ruang kantor yaitu sebesar 17,39%, sedangkan untuk disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kantor berpengaruh lebih kecil yaitu masing-masing 17,14% dan 8,47%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kantor, dan tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah hendaknya pegawai lebih taat terhadap peraturan yang ada di Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang, perlu menambah fasilitas kantor untuk memperlancar penyelesaian pekerjaan, dan perlu dilakukan pembenahan terhadap penyusunan perabot kantor dan berkas-berkas yang sudah tidak terpakai agar tersusun rapi dan terletak pada letak yang tepat sehingga memudahkan jalannya aktifitas pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Performance is an outcome achieved by an employee both the quantity and quality of work in accordance with the standards and criteria have been determined within a certain time. Performance of employees is influenced by several factors such as work discipline, office facilities, and office layout. The results of initial observation at the Social Agency of Semarang City showed that there were employees who came late to the office, went home before the end of business hours, and there were employees who procrastinated work. This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline, office facilities, and office layout on the performance of employees in the Social Agency of Semarang City simultaneously and partially. The population of this study was all employees of the Social Agency of Semarang City amounted to 52 employees who concurrently became a sample of research in this study (sample saturated). Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis percentage and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation: Y = 0,922 + 0,299 X1 + 0,507 X2 + 0,611 X3. The F test obtained Fcount = 27,778, so H1 is accepted. Partially (t test) work discipline (X1) obtained tcount = 3,114 with significance 0,003 <0,05, so H2 accepted. Office facility (X2) is obtained tcount = 2,088 with significance 0,042 <0,05, so H3 is accepted. Layout Office obtained t count = 3,145 with significance 0.003 <0.05, so H4 accepted. Simultaneously (R2) work discipline, office facilities, and office layout affects employee performance of 61.6%. The variable that gave the most influence to the employee performance partially was office layout 17,39%, while for work discipline and office facilities had smaller effect that were respectively 17,14% and 8,47%. After doing this study, the researcher concluded that there were positive and significant influence of work discipline, office facilities, and office layout on the performance of employees in the Social Agency of Semarang City either simultaneously or partially. The advice given in this study is that employees should be more obedient to the existing regulations in the Social Agency of Semarang Cityneed to add office facilities to extend the work completion, make improvements to the preparation of unused office furniture and files in order to be neatly arranged and located in the right location so as to facilitate the course of employee activity in completing the work so as to improve employee performance.
